Overview
Coursegrove Studio LLC sells digital course access, packs, and optional monthly subscriptions. There is no physical shipping for standard enrollments.
Digital access
After enrollment is confirmed, we send access instructions to the email you provide. Keep that inbox available. If you do not receive access details within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, contact us so we can resend or correct the address.
Refund window
If you have not started the course materials and request a refund within 7 days of payment confirmation, we will review a full refund of the unused purchase. Once substantial course content has been accessed, refunds are handled case by case and may be partial or declined.
Subscriptions
COURSEGROVE Plus is billed monthly. You may cancel future renewals by emailing us before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are generally non-refundable unless required by law or we failed to provide access.
How to request
Email us with your name, the email used for enrollment, the course or pack name, and a short description of the issue. We respond with next steps for access fixes or refund review.
